Neil Morgan

Neil brings over fifteen years of experience in information technology sales, pre-sales, and professional services.
Prior to joining BrightStar Partners, Neil spent seven years with Cognos Corporation, where he received numerous accolades as a Senior Software Specialist, Regional Services Manager, and Engagement Manager. In his tenure as the Regional Services Manager in the Midwest, Neil managed a team of consultants implementing Cognos solutions at over 175 clients, growing annual Services revenues from $965k to $4.4MM in just two years. Neil has also held software engineer and consulting positions with Greenbrier & Russel, Inc., IVI Travel, Inc., and Hewlett-Packard Company.
Neil received his Bachelors degree from Northern Illinois University.

Andrew Rachmiel

With degrees in both Accounting and Information Technology, Andy offers both business and technology expertise.
Prior to BrightStar Partners, Andy spent four years with Cognos Corporation, combining his business and technical skills to achieve success in professional services, pre-sales, and innovation. As a member of the Cognos Professional Services organization, Andy received Consultant of the Year and Engagement Manager of the Year honors for his dedication and drive on numerous key customer implementations. Leveraging his deep and broad product knowledge, Andy joined the Cognos Solution Center, where he received a Special Achievement Award for his efforts in performance management solutions. Andy has also held positions with Johnson & Michaels, PepsiAmericas, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
Andy received his Bachelors degree from the University of Illinois and his Masters from DePaul University.
